The Commission is actively working with countries - members of the euro zone over the elaboration of a mechanism that Greece could use if necessary, "- said in a statement, Mr. Barroso.
President of the European Commission noted that such a mechanism would be fully consistent with the Lisbon agreement and will make clear the conditions for its introduction.
