Donetsk experimental plant «Etalon» is a state enterprise. His history rises from 1932 when the enterprise «Vestochmashprybor» was created and renamed subsequently to The Donetsk Experimental Plant «Etalon» in 1975.
The basic type of activity of the plant is:
— development and production of the verifying model means of the measurements of excess and differential pressure intended for calibration the means of measurement of the pressure;
— development and production of collections of model weights and weights of general purpose.
Types of the produced instruments according to the operating principles:
— load-piston;
— electronic-digital.
— class index number: from 0,005 to 0,05.
Range of measurements:
-the excess pressure from 0 to 250 KPa;
-the differential pressure from a 100 Pa to 100 KPa.
The utilized raw material to 90% consists of rental made from usual up to the high-strength types of steels; completings, necessary for preparing the instruments, are acquired in Ukraine and partly in Russia.
The plant constantly modernizes the produced instruments and it yearly masters new ones, enlarging the range of measurement and field of uses. Output on the metrological characteristics, the convenience and to easy servicing does not be inferior to the analogous foreign models.
The production of the plant widely adapts in petroleum, gas, energy and other branches, where the precise measurement of pressure is required.
In September 2000 the system of quality on the international standards ISO 9001–94. was inculcated at the plant. In January 2001 the representatives of bureau «Veritas» together with the representatives of UkrSEPRO carried out certification Audit at the plant and the following certificates where given out:
22.01.2001 — certificate of the correspondence of the system of quality to the international standards ISO of 9001-94BVQ;
22.02.2001 — certificate, which confirms correspondence of the system of quality to the requirements [DSTU] ISO 9001–95 «The system of quality. Model of the guarantee of quality in the process of design, development, installation and maintenance». Currently changes are being accomplished to the international standards ISO 9001–2000.
The basic strategy of the plant is constant expansion of the markets for sale, for which is supported high quality of output, the flexibility of prices, prompt service, the maximum satisfaction of the demands of a customer.
Donetsk Experimental Plant «Etalon» takes active part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, which are concerned our branch of production on the market. Our production was repeatedly presented on the largest international exhibitions, which passed to Hannover (Germany), to Habana (republic Cuba), to Moscow (Russia). |
